Signs

Signs let you display real-time travel time information on physical roadside signs connected to iNode™. Once you've created your routes, you can assign them to a sign, set its location and time zone, and control when it's active using a schedule. The Signs section is where you create and manage those signs and configure how they display.

This page walks you through the Signs menu, how to create a new sign, and a guide to the settings tab you'll find when you open a sign.

Signs Menu

The Signs menu displays a list of all the signs you've created, along with key details -including each sign's Name, Number of Routes, Time Created, and Time Updated. You can also see at a glance which signs are currently live and which are not.

To view more details about a specific sign, click its name in the table.

Create a Sign

To create a new sign:

1. Go to Signs > Create .
2. Enter a Name for the sign.
3. Select a Time Zone from the dropdown based on the sign's physical location.
4. Choose the Route(s) you want to display travel time for - either from the dropdown menu or by selecting them directly on the map.
5. Set the sign's location by clicking on the map, or enter its latitude and longitude in the Location field.
6. Click Save .

Use Map Settings to show or hide components on the map temporarily while selecting routes or a location.

Sign Settings Tab

The Sign Settings tab is where you manage the configuration of your sign. From here you can:

• Edit the sign Name .
• Add or edit a Description for the sign.
• Modify the Time Zone .
• Edit the sign's Location by updating its latitude and longitude.
• Add or remove Routes assigned to the sign.
• Modify the Routes Order to control how routes are displayed on the sign.
• Edit the sign's display Schedule to control when it is active.
• Delete the sign.
